Assess, plan, and treat patients in coordination with the patient, family, and clinical team within the clinic and/or inpatient settings.

About the Position:

• Join a team consisting of 14-17 providers including 7 other APPs
• Located at Portneuf Medical Center
• EMR: Epic
• Flexible 40-hour schedule (4 10 s or 5 8 s)
• Onsite lab and EKG
